About the role
DS Quality Solutions is looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Renovation Technician to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential renovations and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks from demolition and framing to finishing work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general residential renovation and construction work
- Complete demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing tasks
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Install doors, trim, baseboards, fixtures, and other finishing materials
- Read and follow project instructions and measurements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Work independently and as part of a renovation team
- Complete projects according to quality and schedule expectations
Qualifications
- Previous residential renovation experience required
- Strong knowledge of general construction practices
- Ability to perform multiple renovation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Own tools are an asset
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
